She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Carroll McLaughlin and Bonnie Alice Dodd McLaughlin; her husband Luther "Luke" Andrew Percer; her daughters, Sandra Carroll Percer and Barbara Alice Cope (Louis); and her granddaughter Penny Renae Morrison (Bruce).
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ann Butterfield (Jim) of Mobile, AL, David Andrew Percer, Jackie Jay Percer and Tracy Clark Percer (Dena). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
