He is survived by: his wife Jeri; his children, Tami Ellis (Shaun) and John Simmons (Maria); his grandchildren, Cali Wilson (Kyle), Peyton Leet (Josh), Madison Long (Jordan) and Miah Simmons; his great grandchild Levi Leet; and his brother James Larry Simmons of Wilsonville, AL.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
