He was predeceased by: his father Donald; and his sister Connie. He is survived by: his mother Barbara; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Chase; his grandchildren, Collin, Caleb and Callie; his sister Donna; his brothers-in-law, Kenny and Joe; his nieces, Allie and Joanna; and his nephew Alex. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
