She is survived by: her sisters, Lynda Lee Criswell (Jack) and Margaret Dale Moore (Robert); her children, Jay Perkins, Jackie Layne (Keith), Jill Mosley (Tom) and Jeff Perkins; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Amy, Emily, Jonathan, Rachel, Patrick and Stella; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Eli and Carson.
