She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Hershal and Martha Paralee Low; her children, Lona Whitlock (Jeff), Lane Casper (Angie) and Lee Casper (Gillian); her siblings, Raymond Low, Calvin Low and Reatha Ray; her grandchildren, Michael Casper (Cassie), Alex Casper, Charles Casper, Hunter Paine (Tanya), Jeremy Whitlock, Brooke Whitlock and Ramsay Casper; and her great grandchild Emma Grace Casper.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: the Disabled American Veterans, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or plant a tree in her memory for Arbor Day.
