He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Fletcher Webb and Josephine Nichols Webb; his wives, Hiltrud Webb and Ligia Webb; his stepdaughter Kristie; and his brothers, Billy, Otto, Jr., Paul, Daniel and David Webb.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Sherri Stoudenmire Cleckler and Melissa Stoudenmire Powell; his sons, Brian Webb and Dean Webb; and his sisters, Faye and Betty Jo. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
