It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susie Melinda Lynn of Gallant, Alabama, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lesley and Velma Lesley; her husband William Lynn (Red); her sons, Johnny Ray Helms and Bobby Lee Helms; her stepgrandson Mark Hayes; and her close friend Cliff Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Helms (Lynn) and Joyce Hayes (Ron); her daughter-in-law Traci Helms; and her grandchildren, Dee Dee Rutledge (Shane), Zac Helms (Paige), Destiny Sherrell, Erica Harbin (Dustin), Deanna Jordan (Dan), Phillip Hathcock and Whitney Deliz. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Plants and flowers will be accepted at Morgan Funeral Chapel or donations can be made in her name to St. Jude.
