She is survived by: her son Alan Braswell (Tracie) of Attalla, AL; her granddaughter Megan Mauldin (Andrew) of Kimberly, AL; and her sisters, Donna Smith of Guntersville, AL and Lucy Segers of Guntersville, AL.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
