With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo McClendon of Gallant, Alabama, who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill McClendon; her parents, Ira Manley and Della Cox; and her son Calvin L. McClendon. She is survived by: her son Larry McClendon (Lynn); her sister Margaret Williams; her grandchildren, Todd McClendon and Kristin Kell (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Dylan McClendon, Raegan McClendon, Kate Kell, David Kell and Jonah Sanders.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
