With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth E. Turner of Gainesville, Alabama, born in Talladega, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Lewis Elliott, Sr. and Margaret Jones Elliott; her husband Nathaniel Snead Turner, III; and her brother Julian Lewis Elliott, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Nathaniel Snead Turner, IV (Ellen) of Cashiers, NC and Margaret Turner Wessinger (Samuel) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Snead Turner V (Allie), Elizabeth English Turner (Luke Finney), Katherine Joel Wessinger and Charles Samuel Wessinger; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Snead Turner VI, Willa Jo Turner and Tycho Gunn Turner Finney. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
