He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Lambard, Sr. and Barbara Jo White Lambard; his former wives, Maureen Molloy Lambard and Maxine Rush Lambard; and his brother Judson Lambard, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lambard; his children, Charles Lambard (Paula) and Barbara Winton (Phil); his grandchildren, Laurie Lambard Hust (Wesley) and Ross Winton; his stepchildren, Amy Anderson (Robert), Ashley Pugh (Chuck), Christine Shumock (Bliss Bailey), Chris Mitchell (Susan) and Dr. Vicky Adams (Dan); and his siblings, Tom Lambard, Sr. and Mary Hager (Leo). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; eight step grandchildren.
