It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillie Anderson of Gainestown, Alabama, born in Alma, Alabama, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Marshall and Sophie Overstreet Marshall; her husband Kenneth Anderson; her son Johnny Tolbert; and her sister Betty Griffin.

She is survived by: her children, David Tolbert (Sue) of Jackson, AL, James Tolbert of Jackson, AL, Dorothy McIntyre (David) of Bryan, TX, Harry Tolbert (Carol) of Irvington, AL, Larry Tolbert (Alice) of Salipta, AL and Denise Glidewell (Terry) of Flint, TX; and her sister Shirley Smith (Olen) of Crestview, FL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
