He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wade Weaver, Sr. and Mary Peek Weaver; his wife Helen Leola Barnette Weaver; his brother Dr. Jerry O. Weavers; and his nephew Edward Keith Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Weaver and Phyllis Weaver Beach; his granddaughter Alexandria Dair Beach; his sister-in-law Jean Weaver; and his nieces, Leigh Anne and Stephanie.
