He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley; and his sister Gina Minshew. He is survived by: his father Jack Minshew; his stepmother Phyllis Minshew Jarrett; his stepbrother Marty Fuller; his nephews, Zac Fuller, Cory Fuller and Adam Fuller; and his aunt Charlotte Burgess. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
