He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Mandy, Cassie and Anna; his sons-in-law, Shane Youngblood and Dr. Marc Miller; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Sandy; his sister Glenda Jones (Firestone); his cousins, Felix and Kenneth; and his in-laws, Warren, Sandy Fuhrman, Tommy, Sally Robertson, Phillip, Glenda Fuhrman, Cindy and Glenn Abbott.
