He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lynn (Johnny) and Jackie Clontz (Cindy); his grandchildren, Alan Ball, Jackie Ann Clontz, Cora Clontz-Watts, Amy Frohock-Clontz and William Clontz; his nieces and nephews, Judy Parr, Thomas Lee Clontz Jr., James Clontz, Craig Clontz, Thomas Lee Clontz III, David Clontz, Becky Mcdowell, Laurie East, Karen Clontz, Stephen Clontz, Leann Stewart, Phillip Clontz, William Brooks, Joe Brooks, Kim Brooks, Debra Brooks, Amy Brooks, Dalton Clontz, Colton Clontz, Laura Webb and Jessica Clontz; his great great grandchild Betty Bowling; and his close friends, Jerry Enterkin and Joe Horton. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
