She was predeceased by: her husband Max Wade; her son Don Wade; her siblings, Gordon Maxwell, Mose Maxwell, Glenn Maxwell, Eugene Maxwell, Doyle Maxwell, Billy Maxwell, Charles Maxwell, Phillip Maxwell and Paulette Terry; and her parents, William Lott Maxwell and Gladys Beulah Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Wade (Jackie) and Deborah Harris (Tim); and her siblings, Bobby Maxwell (Diane) and Betty Jo Dake. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
