It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Ponder Autwell of Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Ponder and Mable Ponder; and her siblings, Billy Ray Ponder, Jerry Ponder, Talmadge Ponder, Glenda Fay Ponder and Rebecca Ponder.
She is survived by: her husband Danney Autwell; her children, Gary Autwell (Krista) and Jennifer Carter (Nic); her grandchildren, Madison Autwell, Olivia Carter, Adison Carter and Rhett Carter; and her siblings, Linda Dial (Brian) and Ronald Ponder (Patricia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
