She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilla Fordham and Howard Fordham; her son-in-law Kevin Thomas; her brother Jimmy Fordham; and her close friends, Lula Davis and Dot Woodall Holaway.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Welch (Bobby), Gail Johnson (Jim), Debbie Bearden (Frazier), Carol Hammonds (Kenny) and Donna Thomas (Kevin); her grandchildren, Bobby Dale Welch (Tracie), Deidra Holland (Stephen), Bryan Bennett, Thad Bennett (Holly), Autumn Johnston (Nick), Tyler Bearden and Cassie Colvard (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Dawson Welch, Parker (Genesis), Conner Holland, Hally, Bodie, Maggy, Janny Bennett, Drew, Jayce, Trey, Allie Johnston, Alexis, McKynly and Jaelynn Colvard (Brantley); her sister-in-law Shirley Fordham; and her close friend Betty Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; her church family.
