He is survived by: his significant other Joan Howard; his children, Tommy Batson (Debbie), Cindy Kirkland (Ken), Tim Batson (Sandra) and Terry Batson; his grandchildren, Daphne Humphrey (David), Kristin Lane (Tim), Brock Batson (Crystal), Mallory Brewer (Dennis), Joshua Batson (Emily), Caleb Batson and Brooke Turner (Justin); his great grandchildren, Addyson, Olivia, Brayden, Brodie, Matt, Jessica and Andrew; and his great great grandchildren, A. J., Brandon, Caroline, Lexie and Camden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
