He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Pardue Frank; his parents, Don Frank and Wilma Frank; and his sister Gayle Askins. He is survived by: his grandsons, Solan and Rune O'Connor; his sister Donna Barton (Tim); his pet Spooky; and his friends, Nick Greenhaw and Harmon Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
