He was predeceased by: his father Ted Hawk; his stepfather Harold Christopher; his aunt Bonnie Hawk Jones; his grandparents, O. C., Gurtha Hawk, Pat and Lena Griffith; his uncle Jimmy Griffith; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph and Katie Cannon.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia H. Christopher; his wife Kim Cannon Hawk; his daughters, Kristin, Kacy and Kortney Hawk; his siblings, Patrick, Paul Hawk (Donna) and Emily Mills (Roger); his stepsisters, Carol Brodbeck (Scott) and Kelly MacNeil (Fred); and his grandchildren, Ryder, Romie Hilderbrand, Carrigan Carroll and Jaxon Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
