She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kelly and Elsie Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James R. Phillips; her children, Lisa Brown (Jeff), Joey Spafford (Kelly), Vicki Kirk (Stephen) and Jamie Ann Rennick (Chandler); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Elizabeth and William Brown; her children, Sellers, Bo Kirk, Callan Spafford, Pete and Theo Rennick; and her caregiver Sha. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
