We bid farewell to Sarah Mabron Oliver of Gadsden, Alabama, born in Gaylesville, Alabama, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Sarah Mabron touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Herman Bishop (Ethel); and her spouse JW Oliver. She is survived by: her children, Richard Oliver and Debra Meads (Tim); her brothers, Gary Bishop and Billy Bishop (Betty); and her grandchildren, Andrew Holaway (Kat), Anna Holaway, Tim Meads (Anna), Brittany Smith (Nathan) and Bryce Meads (Hannah). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Chapel (625 Gilbert Ferry Rd SE, Attalla, AL 35954). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery (1044 Valley Dr, Attalla, AL 35954).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Cemetery Fund.
