She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton Whitworth; her great grandchild Dylan Williams; her parents, William Ellen and Gertrude Ellen; and her brothers, Dean, Phillip and James Ellen.
She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Whitworth (Donna) and Mark Whitworth (Amy); her grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Paul), Brittney Davis (Adam), Lindsey Murphy (Justin), Logan Whitworth (Kim), Bailee Whitworth and Sara Elise Whitworth; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Chandler, Danielle, Emma and Georgia; and her siblings, Glenda Justus (Paul) and Don Ellen.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund.
