With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay (Keenum) Elkins (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on January 30, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Shannon Michelle Elkins; her siblings, Sharron Keenum and Ricky Keenum; and her grandparents, Jessie and Betty Keenum.

She is survived by: her husband Eddie Elkins; her children, David Elkins (Lindsay) and Heather Edwards (Grant); her grandchildren, Walker McCarver (Destinee), Zachary McCarver, Autumn Elkins, Addison Elkins, Brody Edwards and Jenna Mae Edwards; her great grandchild Paisley McCarver; and her siblings, Lisa (Marrion Talley), David Keenum (Lisa) and Randy Keenum (Terri).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Sandra's honor.
