She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Skipper; her son Kevin Thomas; and her mother Polly Rickles (Stanley). She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Donna Thomas; her sons, Johnny Thomas (Deborah) and Jason Skipper (Kala); her grandchildren, Heather Acker (Andrew), Anna Teal (Jordan), Emily Mullins, Justin Barrett (Hope), Taylor Barrett (Jessica), Autumn Johnston (Nick), Justin Alverson (Amber) and Brandi Roberts; her siblings, Paul David "Butch" Mann (Peggy), Marie Mann and Nancy Farrow; and her siblings-in-law, Rebecca Smith (Don), Mitchell Skipper and Jim Powell. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
