She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank Thomas and Louise Mooney Thomas; and her brother James Allen Thomas. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Smith Hinger (David) and Kelly Smith; her grandchildren, Brian Hinger (Jessica) and Brittany Hinger; her great grandchild Allison Louise Hinger; her siblings, Linda McAnally (Walker), Betty Wortham (David) and Robert Thomas (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Nancy Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Tigers For Tomorrow, Attalla, AL or Catalyst Community Church, Gadsden in Ms. Husband's Memory.
