He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Hollingsworth and Gladys Hollingsworth; and his children, Robert "Alan" Hollingsworth and Jana Marie Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Hollingsworth; his daughter Rebecca Ann Hollingsworth; his granddaughters, Julie Burnett (Barry) and Cari Young (Michael); his great grandchild Brianna Thomason; his brother Ronnie Hollingsworth (Linda); and his nephews, Brian Hollingsworth (Amanda), Jonathan Hollingsworth and Philip Hollingsworth (Jillian). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
