He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Fisher Higgins; his siblings, Henry Higgins (Everneza) of Gadsden, AL, James Higgins (Clarissa) of Huntsville, AL, Annie Ruth Hughes of Detroit, MI and Barbara Erkins (Floyd) of Gadsden, AL; his stepgranddaughter Arielle Johnson; and his stepgreat-grandson Jaetaenious "Big Boy" Johnson. He is also survived by step-children, family and friends.
