She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cain and Lola Cain; and her siblings, Rufus, Darrell Cain and Janet Haynes.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her daughters, Christina "Chris" Hammonds (Wayne Hammonds), Tammie George (Greg George) and Stacy Smith (Jason Vaughn); her grandchildren, Haven Seale, Lindsey Arnold, Hunter Smith, Eoin Hammonds, Raeleigh George, Erin George and Abbie Vaughn; her great grandchildren, Jordi Gallahar and Bentley Gallahar; and her sister Janice Wiley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorials be made to the Bellevue Baptist Bereavement Fund.
