He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Miller and Narrie Lou Miller; his wife Ruth; and his son Gary Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Allen and Paula Weldon; his daughter-in-law Deborah Morgan; his siblings, Gary Miller and Carol Hardin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Misty, Courtney, Brandi, Nick, Trey, Taylor and Sarah. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
