Maebell Carroll touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe F Waters; her parents, Luther C. Carroll, Sr. and Jeanette Mitchell Carroll; and her brothers, Luther C. Carroll Jr., William E. Carroll (Bill) and James B. Carroll (Pee Wee).
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Waters Lambert (Michael), Renee Waters Mohler (Patrick) and Dawn Waters Smith; and her grandchildren, Lauren Lambert Russell (Shane), Bethany Mohler, Joey Mohler (Erica), Jonathan Mohler (Day Ja Na'), David Stone (Nikki), Zachary Stone (Cammie) and Dixie Smith (Troy). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. And a host of nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
