She was predeceased by: her parent Ollie Nell Kilpatrick Morris; her husbands, Houston Hussey and Reginald Starrett; her siblings, Jerry Owens, J. L. Morris, Roger Morris, Erma German, Mildred Gulledge, Marie McDaniel, Pat Osburn and Sarah Nell Morris; her son-in-law Rhett Solomon; and her great grandchild Avalynn James.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Hussey Solomon and Mike Hussey of Enterprise; her grandchildren, Jared Hussey (Tonyia), Sheena Landers (Brandon), Sierra Mcleod (Billy), Kristen Mahan (Devin), Eric Solomon (Jessica) and Chris Solomon (Felecia); and her siblings, Doris Dixon (Bob), Nell Smith (Gary) and Jimmy Morris (Linda). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory (4550 Boll Weevil Cir, Enterprise, AL 36330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
