He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Diane Glenn, Donna Peace (Marty), Linda Pope (Lyndell) and JaNeanne Ferguson (Timothy); and his siblings, Sybil, Deana, James, Roy and Eloise. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
