He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Prater. He is survived by: his father Ricky Prater; and his sons, Casey Prater (Sarah), Andrew Prater and Christian Prater.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crestwood Funeral Home (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
