He was predeceased by: his parents, Juston Mabrey and Mary Louise Mabrey; his siblings, Harold "Sonny Boy" Mabrey and JoAnn Waits (Jerry Waits); his sister-in-law Diane "Pug" Mabrey; and his stepson Greg Gowens.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Hayley Burns (Chuck) and Sunny Mabrey (Ethan Embry); his brother Jerry Don Mabrey; his stepdaughter Cristal Owens; and his grandchildren, Charley Burns, Bo Burns, Cogeian Embry, Dalton Gowens, Tyler Gowens and Mitchell Owens.
