He was predeceased by: his father Gene Phillips; his son Dakota Phillips; and his grandparents, Joe, Frances Phillips, Neely and Bertie Noojin.

He is survived by: his close friends, Randy and Jodi Phillips; and his aunts, Gail Turk and Frances Phillips.
