With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Ray Burell Sr. of Gadsden, Alabama, born in Anniston, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Bill Burell and Bertha Burell; and his siblings, Mavis Kelley and Jimmy Burell. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Burell (Stacey) and Missy Jackson (Glenn); his grandchildren, Austin Hubbard (Lyndsie), Ashlyn McCormick (Jon), Madison Sheffield (Trent) and Jackson Burell; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Baylor Hubbard, Jonah and Madelyn McCormick; and his sister-in-law Beverly Burell. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
