He is survived by: his mother Freda Mincey; his siblings, Jason White, Jennifer White and Jamie Moore (Phillip); his nieces and nephews, Summer Moore, Taylor Bliss (Nathan), Madison, Grace Tankersley, Catelynn Bardo, Andrew and Adam Moor; his great-nephews, Ryan Moore, Caden Bardo and Alarik Bliss; his great-niece Lennox Elizabeth Bliss; his aunt Jackie Howard (John); and his uncle Bill Mincey (Teresa).
