He is survived by: his wife Elaine Arther Piazza; his stepson Andy Moon (Jessica); his grandchildren, Noah, Kaya and Emma Moon; his siblings, Ann Koenig, Sandra Boggio (Harold), Tom Piazza (Shelia), Christine Ford and Michael Piazza (Tammy); and his siblings-in-law, Adair Arther and Susan Jarrett (Jimmy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
