She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Barnes; her children, Jonathan Barnes and Johnnie Faye Hunt; her parents, Johnny King and Magdalene King; and her siblings, Jeanette Wanda Edwards and John Terry King (Wanda).
She is survived by: her children, Janice Hanson (Charles), Jimmy Hunt (Pam) and Chip Hunt (Debbie); her grandchildren, Trina Hall (David), Dustin Hunt (Hannah), Shawn Poore, Madison Elrod (Cole) and Marisa Willoughby (Austin); her great grandchildren, Jermia Hunt, Jada Hunt and Wren Willoughby; and her siblings, Joy Harriel, Joyce Rowe (James), Jane Hulsey (Hubert) and Jerry King (Yvonne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
