He was predeceased by: his son Byron Craig Perry; his parents, Edwin Perry and Lola Mae Perry; and his siblings, Jonnie Ruth Smith (Marjorie Dean Hall), Charles Perry and Garry Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perry; his sons, Todd Perry (Karen) and Kevin Perry; and his sister Donna Johnson (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of food or flowers memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
