He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Wood Perry; and his daughter Debra Perry. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Evans (Gary) and Tina Smith (Jay); his grandchildren, Brittaney Johnson (Josh), Ashley Edwards (Josh), Zach Smith (Kylie) and Sam Evans (Joycelyn); his brother Cecil Perry (Marie); his siblings-in-law, Jerry Wood, Joy Sharp and Martha Bryant (Bobby); and his friends, Louise, Mike and Church. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
