He is survived by: his children, Desiree Vest, Ashley Wise (Drew) and Timothy Vest (Emily); his grandchildren, Jessie, Tori, Livi, Novalee, Cayden and Lydea; and his siblings, Janet Palmer (Bobby), Jennifer McCraw (Mack), Jerry Vest (Dianne), Suzanne Vest and Danny Coffelt (Darlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
