We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2022, at the age of 91, Ida Sanchez Rader of Gadsden, Alabama, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Miquel Sanchez and Maria Sanchez; her husband Ralph Rader; her daughters, Diane Grima Sr. (Charlie) and Jeanne Mascari; and her brothers, Mike Sanchez, Pedro Sanchez and Louie Sanchez.
She is survived by: her sister Edie Crockenberg; her children, Frank Grima (Ruth), Gloria Grima (Albert), Donna Hodge, Jr. (John) and Bill Mascari, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Bernadette (Mike), Maria, Almando (Stacy), Colleen (Mack), Kimberly (Larry) and Lisa (Desario). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mrs. Rader's memory to St James Catholic Center of Concern, 612 Chestnut Street Gadsden, AL 35901.
