He is survived by: his wife Ann Hall Johnson; his children, Mary Garland Tucker (Johnson) and Clay Johnson (Gwynn) of Knoxville, TN; his sister Cindy Stadler (Lewis); and his close friends, Johnny Hamiter and Craig Jordan. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Salvation Army or Union Hill Community Church.
