She was predeceased by: her son Haydyn Bellew; and her parents, Jerome Arp and Betty Arp. She is survived by: her children, Courtney Bellew (Brandan House), Gabriel Bellew, Chance Bellew of Gaylon Bellew, JR. and JonLuke Bellew; her grandchildren, Rylie House, Bentley House, Sammie Bellew, Raelyn Bellew, Remi Bellew, Ryleigh Bellew and Reign Bellew; her child Gaylon Bellew, Sr.; her sister Melissa Usry (Greg); and her nieces and nephews, Brianna Usry, Matthew Usry, Ashley Usry, Alex Thompson, Alayna Thompson, Evan Bellew and Casi Bellew.
