She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lee Heath; and her parents, Robert Reynolds and Maudelle Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Karen Entrekin (Todd) and Shane Heath (Kim); her grandchildren, Colee Hill (Ryan), Jacob Entrekin (Hannah), Mallori Austin (Justin), Josh Heath and Jarett Heath; and her great grandchildren, Avalyn Hill, Alethea Entrekin and Asher Entrekin.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asked that you consider a donation to the American Cancer Society or National Glaucoma Research Foundation.
