She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Browning; her daughter Cheryl Kay Browning; and her parents, Norris Phillips and Roberta Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Smith (Morgan) and Karen McCartney (Todd); her grandchildren, Melissa Mitchell, Emily McCartney, Kyler Smith and Kalyn Smith; her great grandchildren, Cora Lynn and Theo Mitchell; and her siblings, Jeanine Wyatt, Benny and Robert Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
